We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in promoting and creating awareness of Healingway Facilities and services to healthcare facilities, professionals, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell Healingway services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant healthcare organizations.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to coordinate sales efforts and optimize customer experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related course.
Proven experience as a Hospital Sales Executive or similar role in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of the Healthcare Industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
